Jessup University is accepting applications from qualified adjunct faculty in order to create a pool of qualified candidates to teach in the History Department. This is a non-tenure track, adjunct faculty position to teach one or more of the following History Department courses: HIST 231 World Civilization 1 (TR 10:55am - 12:10pm) - 3 units HIST 291 American History (MW 12:20pm - 1:35pm) - 3 units HIST 494 Modern US History (MW 1:45pm - 3:00 pm) - 3 units This position is responsible for teaching and mentoring undergraduate students as well as other administrative duties. Adjunct faculty is required to be on campus for classroom instruction hours and, if necessary, available for occasional meetings with students or staff. The pay range for this position is $818.40-$1246.67 per unit depending on relevant education. A master's degree or above is a minimum requirement for this position.
