Responsibilities:

• Oversee patient care in senior living facilities across various care levels.
• Provide therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and interventions.
• Support program development, quality improvement, and clinical initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited OT, PT, COTA, PTA, or SLP program.
• Active licensure in your state and certification (e.g., ASHA for SLP).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum of one year management experience preferred.
