A California based law firm in the Roseville area, is seeking a full-time Legal Secretary/Paralegal with 2+ years of experience to support our litigation team. Recent complex civil litigation experience is preferred; a paralegal certificate is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendaring and court deadlines
• Draft, revise, and format legal documents and correspondence
• E-file documents in state and federal courts in compliance with applicable rules and procedures.
• Perform transcription/dictation for Attorney
• Assist with trial preparation tasks
• Coordinate attorney schedules and assignments
• Schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Knowledge of legal practice software
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
