Are you looking for a physically active job with a steady schedule and weekly pay? We are in need of a dedicated and hardworking Material Handler/Loader to join our dynamic team. In this essential role, you will ensure that materials, products, and equipment are moved safely and efficiently throughout our facility.

The ideal candidate is comfortable with heavy lifting, enjoys staying active, and has a keen eye for detail to maintain accurate inventory management and uphold workplace safety.

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay: $17.99 - $18 per hour
• Consistent work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
• Opportunity for overtime (up to 8 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Move, load, and unload heavy materials (such as large furniture) by hand or with equipment like dollies and carts.
2. Lift and carry items regularly, weighing up to 50-75 lbs.
3. Organize and stage materials for various events and meetings.
4. Perform inventory checks and accurately maintain records of items moved.
5. Utilize hand tools for tasks such as opening crates and performing minor assembly or disassembly.
6. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.
7. Inspect materials for any damage or discrepancies in quality and quantity.
8. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure streamlined workflow.
9. Follow all company safety procedures and policies.

Essential Requirements:

• Ability to work in a smoke-free environment
• Steel toe shoes required
• Manual lifting of up to 50lbs
• Standing for up to 8 hours at a time

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Proven experience in material handling and heavy lifting
