We are currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join growing organization based in the Rocklin area. The Human Resources Generalist will work onsite, providing critical support to a fast-paced HR department in the areas of recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, and safety training. The qualified candidate will have previous experience as an HR Generalist within an organization of approximately 150200 employees. A solid understanding of federal and state employment laws, along with strong employee relations capabilities, is essential. Proficiency in HR systems and technology is required; experience with ADP Workforce Now is highly desirable.
