Our client, a leading civil engineering firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Northern California. This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role within a growing technical division, with the flexibility to work out of a selection of offices. You'll play a critical role in shaping essential public infrastructure while helping guide strategic growth.

- Leading design and delivery of water and wastewater systems including pipelines, pump stations, treatment facilities, and storage systems
- Managing project schedules, budgets, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Acting as primary contact for clients, ensuring project quality and satisfaction
- Providing technical review and mentoring junior staff
- Supporting business development efforts and contributing to long-term strategic growth of the water/wastewater group
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater infrastructure
- California P.E. license
- Strong leadership, project management, and client communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across multidisciplinary teams
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
