Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• nswer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
• Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
• Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and printing
• Maintain a clean and organized reception are
• Receive and distribute mail and packages
• ssist with administrative tasks as needed

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related field is PREFERRED
