We offer tuition reimbursement to support your learning journey.Senior Civil Project Manager Job Responsibilities:* Oversee, supervise, and lead a dynamic team to deliver a multitude of private land development projects on-time and on-budget in a manner that exceeds our clients' expectations.* Ability to develop and foster authentic, long-lasting relationships with clients and further develop business opportunities.* Prepare written proposals, scopes of work, and budgets.* Act as the main point of contact for your clients and be responsible for all project related items.* Possess the technical abilities and skills to guide a team of engineers in all aspects of the project.* Exceed client expectations through clear communication and execution of the projectSenior Civil Project Manager Job Requirements:* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent work experience.* Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.* 8+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports, managing project, and/or programs.* Ability to manage projects/programs independently.* Self-motivated with a desire to deliver excellent client service.* Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Proficiency with MS Office.About Us:Barghausen Consulting Engineers, a Division of Core States Group, is one of the Northwest's leading multi-disciplined service firms offering civil engineering, land surveying, land use planning, and other related services.
