As a deli production clerk your responsibilities include preparing ready-to-eat foods, packaging and labeling all produced goods, receiving and breaking down loads, rotating product, and working at a fast pace while maintaining a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment. The shifts will be between 4 am-10 pm daily so open availability is a must. Qualifications You should meet the following requirements:Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to lift 50 lbs Ability to work well independently or on a team Background working in high volume kitchen setting with knowledge and use of commercial kitchen equipment. Basic computer skills. A sense of urgency while paying attention to the details. Ability to multitask and prioritize. A positive attitude is essential. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
