About being our Human Resources Coordinator

We're looking for an organized, people-focused HR Coordinator to join our collaborative Human Resources team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in the employee life cycle - from onboarding to offboarding - while supporting a wide range of HR programs and initiatives while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Responsibility Highlights for our Human Resources Coordinator

  • Coordinate and support employee relations activities, including documentation and scheduling
  • Prepare offer letters, schedule, and organize new hire onboarding processes, including collection and processing of new hire paperwork
  • Support orientation and/or may conduct presentation of company policies, benefit plans, and programs
  • Receive and respond to or triage employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits with professionalism and accuracy
  • Assist with offboarding processes ensuring proper documentation and communication
  • Provide general support to HR staff, assist with scheduling and tracking training programs and compliance requirements, and help ensure HR practices align with internal policies and regulatory compliance
  • Assist with administrative HR tasks, including data entry, file organization, and reporting
  • Contribute to HR initiatives, events and projects that enhance employee experience and team operations

Minimum Qualifications to be our Human Resources Coordinator

  • Associates Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgement in handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor
  • Proven ability to build positive working relationships, build trust and rapport, and provide excellent internal customer service
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace culture and environment

Preferred Qualifications for our Human Resources Coordinator

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience supporting HR functions in a professional office environment
  • Familiarity with HR systems or platforms

  • A competitive salary! The expected range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hour depending on experience
    Compensation may be adjusted for well qualified candidates
