Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:
   • Greet customers warmly upon arrival.
   • Use a consultative approach to advise customers on vehicle maintenance.
   • Provide exceptional service to foster loyalty.
2. Technical Skills:
   • Use smart devices for parts ordering, logging stories, and documenting inspections.
   • Communicate effectively using smart applications and email.
   • Perform vehicle repairs within scope, diagnose issues, and determine repair plans.
   • Work as part of a team to solve technical problems efficiently.
3. Operational Responsibilities:
   • Estimate labor and parts costs.
   • Secure necessary parts to complete repairs.
   • Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
   • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of recent automotive repair experience.
• ASE certifications and/or technical school preferred.
• Knowledge of repair shop software (e.g., AllData, Mitchell 1).
• Valid driver's license with a clean background.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• English proficiency required; Spanish a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Environment & Benefits:

• Flexible schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off weekly.
