A leading publisher of psychological and educational assessments is seeking a Senior Project Director to lead the development and revision of high-impact assessment tools used by clinicians, educators, and researchers. This role is within a collaborative R&D team of psychologists, SLPs, and content experts, focusing on digital and print-based assessments.

Job Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end content development of assessment products—from concept and research to launch and lifecycle support.
• Lead research initiatives to ensure evidence-based, psychometrically sound assessments, including study design, data analysis, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external authors to drive strategic alignment.
• Guide the adaptation of performance tests from print to digital platforms, supporting usability and clinical utility.
• Support pre- and post-launch efforts, including user training content and product improvements.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology or a related field.
• 5+ years' experience developing clinical or educational assessments, including digital test design and validation.
• Proven success leading complex product development cycles with scientific rigor and clinical relevance.
• Strong skills in psychometrics, research, and technical writing.
• Deep understanding of clinical issues impacting children and families, with a commitment to equity and inclusion.
