Summary:
the Service Advisor acts as liaison for Service Technicians and customers. Our associates are our most valuable resource and growth is encouraged through diligence, teamwork & creativity. In this position, you'll be able to get out from behind the desk and play an active role in providing our customers with great customer relations. As a Service Advisor you would explain the Technician's recommendations and suggest services to keep the customer's vehicle in top condition.

Pay Scale: Base Hourly rate of $16.50, with substantial commission opportunities based on overall performance and other factors.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Maintains contact with federal, state, and/or local government agencies and utilities to secure fleet business, actively utilizing the bidding process.
· Solicits commercial fleet accounts.
· Ensures quality deliveries of all service fleet sales.
· Supplies service department manager with monthly forecasts of commercial/fleet car and truck sales
· Follows up on dealership payment for delivered fleet and commercial account vehicles routinely.
· Maintains professional appearance.
· Attends managers meetings as requested.
· Other tasks as assigned.
Expectations:
Must have basic knowledge of cars and maintenance.
Meet and exceed manufacturer CSI requirements.
Must have customer service experience
Strong character and work ethic
Strong listening and verbal communication skills
Strong focus and desire to achieve sales goals
Dependable, responsible Team Player with a positive attitude
Self-starter with ability to work well as part of a team or independently
