Responsibilities

1. Represent the face and voice of V3 Electric, directly contributing to the organization's growth and connecting with potential customers.
2. Receive comprehensive training, equipping you with the knowledge, tools, resources, and ongoing support from day one.
3. Forge new relationships, schedule appointments, and educate others about our revolutionary and customizable products and services.
4. Proactively network and pursue sales opportunities by employing a door-to-door approach within the designated region.
5. Own ambitious yet achievable individual and team sales targets, driving success and contributing to the company's overall growth.

Physical Abilities & Requirements

1. Must be able to drive without restrictions and have reliable transportation.
2. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
3. Must be able to frequently walk or stand for long periods of time.
4. Must be able to travel regionally 90 – 100% of the time.
5. Must be able to work from home/remotely.
6. Must be able to work in varying high to low temperatures in outdoor settings.

Compensation & Benefits

1. Highly competitive commission-only structure paid on a weekly basis.
2. For CA applicants, in accordance with pay disclosure requirements, Sales Consultants can earn anywhere from $35,000 to $150,000+ a year. On average, new reps earn about $75,000 - $150,000 in their first year. The earning potential is significantly higher for our seasoned reps & top producers.
