Job Summary
The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis collaborates with Navista business leaders to develop financial strategies and reporting to enable business decision making.
This is a high impact Manager role driving Navista Network initiative. Navista Network's vision is to empower fiercely independent community oncology practices and their patients by driving practice growth, improving quality of care, facilitating access to technology & innovation, and boosting practice sustainability. This role provides an opportunity for an innovative, results-focused finance professional to support the development and enhancement of solutions that will enable our Navista managed services organization to reach its potential.
The ideal candidate will come with healthcare industry experience and should be excited to learn about the oncology market landscape and the clinicians' needs. At the beginning, this Manager role will not have any direct reports. This role will support some core financial planning & analysis activities including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. This position will report to the Director, FP&A.
**This is an onsite role reporting daily to our office in Fresno, CA.
