Assists in preparing for and delivering training to end users. Assists other training staff in developing, validating, modifying and maintaining training content, lesson plans, manuals, presentations, self-study modules, and supportive learning tools utilized in training classes. Co-facilitates the delivery of online or classroom training presentations, demonstrations, workshops and training sessions for end-users on a variety of topics and application systems, tools and modules. Prepares learning classroom and sets up equipment, seating arrangement, curricula and supplies for training sessions.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Training Delivery
Ensure end-users are proficient with technical applications within the context of end-users' workflow.
Facilitate physical or virtual classroom sessions.
Utilize proficiency in technical applications to gain and maintain knowledge and skills related to targeted audience workflows.
Provide feedback and escalate issues.
Training Material and Resource Management:
Assist and support content development and maintenance designed for varying methods of delivery.
Support the evaluation of training environment tools and processes to ensure efficient and effective use in training and training resources.
Aid in the preparation of content review sessions with stakeholders.
Participate in discussion boards.
Support
Participate as an active member of the team.
Collaborate with Health regional affiliates in projects.
Interact with all clients in a manner consistent with Health values.
Training Preparation and Support
Prepare learning classroom with appropriate classroom set up to include equipment, live meeting sessions, curricula and training environment.
Manage all attendance and training deliverables for training events.
Monitor and manage all classroom activities such as live meeting sessions with virtual instructor and student arrival, breaks and departures.
Monitor, support and report struggling students.
Manage classroom evaluations and surveys completion.
Promotes simultaneous learning to a group of individuals with varied skill sets and learning styles.
Maintains, reports, and tracks attendee participation for trending purposes.
EDUCATION
[Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.]Bachelor's: Computer Science, Education, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or related field of study or equivalent education/experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Understanding of adult learning concepts.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or Word and with technical application systems.
Ability to work in a collaborative, learning environment and produce work or adhere to goals and objectives for a group or individual.
Strong oral presentation and written communication skills and training ability.
Use basic English words and phrases to effectively and clearly organize and communicate thoughts, ideas and technical details in a concise manner easily understood by all audiences.
Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with audiences across all areas and levels within Health as well as external organizations.
Analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures in order to identify patterns, tendencies, and relationships resulting in the formulation of logical and objective conclusions.
Set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner.
Focus on customer service that informs all actions and decisions.
Comfortable learning from a variety of formal and informal educational environments and methods.
