Job Title: Accountant Bookkeeper WFH
Location: Fully Remote or Hybrid
Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven, efficient and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll review, data entry (AR/AP), collections, billing OOP costs, and other duties as assigned by management.
Responsibilities:
- Review and process payroll
- Accurately enter data into QB Online software
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records
- Follow up on collections and billing OOP costs
- Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks Online
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and highly organized

Work is generally performed during day shifts but can be flexible.
Work Schedule:
As a non-exempt hourly employee, the employee shall work a designated schedule as assigned by management. Employee shall not work over 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week without prior authorization from management but if so, will earn overtime for any work performed in excess of 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. Employee must also follow company's policies regarding required meals and breaks.
