Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation's leading brands. We're looking to hire a Performance Media Coordinator for a global children's toy company.


Our client is seeking a dedicated Performance Media Coordinator to join their dynamic digital marketing team. This role is pivotal in supporting online media planning, creative development, and plan execution. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in media, creativity, analytics, reporting, and data insights, coupled with a meticulous eye for detail.


This is a full-time 6-month contract opportunity that is hybrid onsite in Los Angeles, CA. The application deadline for the opportunity is 11/19/24.


Performance Media Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns, including paid social, search, video, and display media channels.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of brand goals and strategies to deliver effective media briefs.
  • Brainstorm with brand, agencies, and marketing teams to create innovative media activations.
  • Oversee all aspects of creative handoff to agencies and media partners.
  • Support the Media Manager with digital media campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword, ad grouping, and audience targeting research.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies.


Performance Media Coordinator Additional Responsibilities:

  • Build Media vendor relationships and schedule partner meetings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure holistic execution of media plans.
  • Maintain outward-facing Media Documents & Data.
  • Assist in the development of media documents such as reporting templates and wrap-ups.
  • Improve the integrated media marketing processes between Brand, E-commerce, Creative, and Digital Marketing teams.


Performance Media Coordinator Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 1-2 years in a digital media role required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in social media (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads), SEO/SEM (Google Ads, Amazon, Yelp, etc.) and programmatic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate with multiple partner groups.
