Administrative Assistant - Prestigious Consulting Firm - Onsite in Central Los Angeles - $60,000-75,000


Our client is looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to assist with the hectic day-to-day of numerous busy executives and ad-hoc projects. This opportunity offers an incredible career path for someone eager and motivated to make an impact!


Responsibilities

  • Heavy scheduling, calendar management, email correspondence, etc.
  • Facilitate daily operations related to the office - partnering with vendors, opening mail, setting up conference rooms, etc.
  • Observing, reviewing and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made
  • Supporting HR leadership in the building of new procedures/policies - onboarding, new hire orientation, etc.


Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant in a professional services environment
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues
  • Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening
  • Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Comfortability in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
